Lockdown Day 12

Good afternoon guys. Welcome to your Good George daily dose of distraction.

Traffic Update:
Quiet... like and Indian Cricket crowd when Kohli gets out.

Weather Report:
Fine weather which is often such a waste on a Monday

Post Lockdown Predictions

  • Hair Salons will go for 24 hours a day to catch up restoring people to their “natural? Colours
  • Productivity will slump as the euphoria of seeing our work colleagues in person will be too distracting
  • People will have to get out of bed two hours earlier to decide what to wear as we’ll all have lost the ability to dress ourselves properly
  • The first televised games of rugby regardless of who plays will be celebrated like the opening game of the Rugby World Cup
  • Babysitters will temporarily become the highest paid profession in NZ as parents embrace the opportunity for a bit of adult time
  • All conversations lead to ‘have you watched Tiger King’ and ‘do you think Carol did it?’
  • Listings of gym equipment on trade me skyrocket
  • It take a few weeks before shaking hands isn’t awkward anymore
