Where's my order?


Our elves are picking and packing as fast as can and those sleighs full of parcels will take a little longer to reach your part of Aotearoa than usual - please expect your order to reach you safely in 5-7 days (a wee bit longer if you are rural delivery). If it has been longer than 7 days then please send us more information via the contact form, we will be able to investigate it for you.

We get it, we all make mistakes. Don’t worry, flick us the deets and we will do our best to catch it in time and update your order - if we are unable to, we will let you know what to do next.
