NEED A FEW COCKTAIL SUGGESTIONS?

GIN & TONIC

Don't tell us you've never made a gin and tonic. What's the recipe? It's in the name!
But if you're a stickler for specifics, here's how we put it together:

  • Find your best tumbler glass
  • 45mL Good George Gin
  • 2 large Ice Cubes
  • Top with Tonic Water
  • Garnish with fresh lemon, give it a squeeze to sweeten things

This one's a nice, easy drink to get things started

CUCUMBER AND ELDERFLOWER G&T

The upgrade from the standard G&T. This one's great for using up that cucumber you promised you'd find a use for when you felt healthy buying it at the shops.

  • In a glass of your choice
  • 45mL Good George Gin
  • 30mL Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 Large Ice Cubes
  • Top with Soda Water
  • Garnish with thin slices of cucumber

It's sweet and somehow more watery, refreshing and delicious!

GIN FIZZ

This one's the frothy, bubbly cousin to the Tom Collins (Gin Fizz minus the egg). Don't be scared to have a crack (pun intended), it's worth the effort, and acts as a sweet, drinkable dessert.

Combine in a shaker:

  • 45mL Good George Gin
  • 25mL Lemon Juice
  • 20mL Sugar Syrup (or a teaspoon of castor sugar)
  • 1 Egg White

Shake, then add ice and shake again.

  • Pour into a short glass over ice
  • Top with a splash of soda water
  • Garnish with a small leaf of mint for a touch of class

ROSÉ PINK GIN SPRITZ

It's not a Good George cocktail without taking full advantage of our cider range. This one's a twist on the classic pink gin, creatively spun with the addition of our strawberry and lime infused Rosé Cider.

Combine in a shaker:

  • 45mL George Gin
  • 60mL Rosé Cider
  • 20mL Lemon Juice
  • 20mL Sugar Syrup

The cider will have plenty of fizz, so shake gently with ice, then strain into your favourite margarita or martini glass. If you're feeling extra, peel the a nice long strip of lemon rind for garnish.
