Chef Andrew at Camrosa has put together a sharp tasting mix of kimchi and salted pork belly for their Moo & Brew combo. We don’t know why he decided to name it VACCINATE YOUR CHILDREN BURGER, but along with the parenting advice comes a fryed egg, sour cream and slaw. All topped off with bonsai banger fermented pineapple hot sauce, and served next to cross cut fries, this burger is said to pair nicely with our Fog City Hazy IPA.
