CBK Dunedin

CBK Dunedin are combining Otago venison with Hamilton Doris Plum Cider in their THE DEERS PLUMS BURGER. From the bottom up we’ve got a smoked venison patty, drizzled with plum chutney, cracked pepper mayo, and blue cheese. It’s topped off with crispy kumera strings, fresh lettuce, and tomato, and served with seasoned hand cut fries.
